Holding pretty well above 9... at least, for the time being.

basically, it seems that this stock will never reach the price of 10 again. My target of 10 centimes is way more realistic

ok, found it. Nothing to be proud of if results are compared with GS or even UBS. As for the stock, it already goes down again. Pascal Neder should have definitely jumped into BTC rather than CS !

well, the stock is in free fall mode. That would be catching a falling knife. But if you ask Pascal Neder, he will always tell you that the stock is a buy, that the proof is that it held the price of 10 for 10 minutes and that it will reach 12 in July (this months) like he wrote below what would mean an increase of 32%, LMAO !

I tried buying calls options, hoping that the bleeding would stop and reverse, but nope. That is also a company I would not invest in with a long term perspective.

I love the resillience this stock is showing since yesterday afternoon. Here is to hoping it will maintain this for a while.

The drop is absolutely ridiculous, as if people only found out today that Credit Suisse made a huge loss on Archegos, while in fact this was known weeks ago and the damage turned out less than expected. I'll happily sit on my shares and watch them boom when Q2 results come in.
I doubt it will end up like Lehman though. CS is too important for the Swiss economy. If it collapses, it will be a too big burden for people and companies. They will probably get bailout like UBS used to.

I agree with Jack (for once). I don't see any comparison between Lehman and Credit Suisse other than that they both had to take some big losses. Lehman though also got caught with a major write-off of 60 - 70 billion USD worth of assets which caused the stock to plummet. Do you have any reason to assume this will happen to Credit Suisse? Or is your comment as empty as it looks.

-7%, weekly gap will break. Road the 6 !

Apr 22, 2021, 11:39
there is a weekly support / gap at about 8.7 - 8.8, if that breaks, things might turn really ugly.

252 million CHF loss in Q1 where analysts predicted 722 million. Total income up by 31% compared to Q1 2020 and total assets by 16%. Sure, let the stock tank even more, I'll be happy to pick up more shares.

losses will continue in second and third quarter.

Antreas TsaExpectations are an additional 600m loss in Q2. Compared to 3.5B in Q1 that's low. Wouldn't see why in Q3 more losses would be accounted for?

Net loss of CHF 252 mn in 1Q21, reflecting significant charge with respect to the US-based hedge fund matter in 1Q21, offsetting positive performance across wealth management and investment banking; capital position with CET1 ratio of 12.2% to be further strengthened by successful placement of 203 mn shares via two series of Mandatory Convertible Notes.
