This company is grossly undervalued. When those permits and financing are complete, this will run a lot. There is no way this can reasonably trade below 50 cents a share - and this is being very conservative.

Well, that me. Im fully loaded now. 250k shares. If they get those permits, then this will recover fairly sharpish! $1.80 is the target price... ROI is fantastic at 0.035c. Lets see how they progress matters in 2024. Fingers crossed.

That with bring the market cap to almost $600M ($700M for total float). Did you get that number based on the NPV5? I hope you are right, but they usually don't get to the NVP. Usually they get a portion of it, even when the mine is completed. To get to that level you would need a nice jump in gold price, which is very possible.

Thats what I am banking on... but dilution can also be an issue. Sprott had a target of 1.80 CAD... but I suspect thats probably lower now. But I am banking on a mega gold run in the coming months/years, so lets see. I am hopefull. If they do pull through on those permits, we should hopefully pull through. I believe the target is to have permits by year end. Sep. But I think thats too optimistic... however, with the new critical minerals act, it may go through quicker.

Well... they will have to reapply for its enviromental endorsement. This could be in hand by Sep 24. I will contiue to build a sizable position over the next 2 months. The proximit to Russia does provide some potential cause for concern in the future, but will not let that prevent me from building my position. In the mean time it is mining watch Romaina who are the biggest obsticales, but given the potnetial passing of the EU's Critical Raw Materials Act, and the economic benefits it will bring, I think there is a good chnace of this happening. Still a risk, but the upside from current levels is around 43x. If the succeed in permiting and financing it could be around 2-3 years, until production. So around 2027.

Ok... this has now turned into the most wildest punts I have seen in a while... enviro permit is suspended. Court hearing on the 29th Sep. If that falls in their favor this will go to the moon 20x over. I will add some more over the coming weeks. Total punt though.
