something fishy is happening here..Premarket price was 0.357 seconds befor marke opens and this stock opened 0.327..OTC trading is dangerous,,, this stock should be quastioned???

I have great confidence in this paper. I buy little by little, I dilute it when I get up. In 1-2 years it can be smoothly 5 CAD
