The EURUSD continued its bearish momentum last week bottomed at 1.1179 as a part of the shooting star bearish scenario as you can see on my daily chart below. The bias remains bearish in nearest term especially if price able to make a clear break below the daily EMA 200 located around 1.1180 region testing the lower line of the bullish channel and 1.1100 – 1.1050 area which is a good place to buy with a tight stop loss. Immediate resistance is seen around 1.1275. A clear break above that area could lead price to neutral zone in nearest term testing 1.1315 area. Data coming from France, the euro zone's second largest economy, were even more disappointing. Industrial production dropped 0.9% in November month-on-moth, according to the French statistics agency INSEE. Business activity slipped in the energy, water and extractive industries, with only manufacturing production maintaining moderate growth.

Sanjeewa its like this say when this is up u entered buy at 1.1000 suddnely its changing n going down . Then u realize at 1.0950 this will start buy trend at 1.0780 so u will headge ur buy at 1.0950 and wait for 1.0780 for enter to buy trade . Once it reach 1.0950 u can close ur buy taken at 1.0780 and sell read taken at 1.0950 n run only the buy taken at 1.1000 this what I explained in heading . This way risk minimized of release the headge n this is one method

At the moment the pair is losing 0.60% at 1.0953 and a break below 1.0895 (38.2% Fibo of 1.1496-1.0524) would aim for 1.0524 (low Dec.3) and finally 1.0519 (low Apr.13). On the flip side, the next hurdle lines up at 1.1063 (100-day sma) ahead of 1.1124 (61.8% Fibo of 1.1496-1.0524) and then 1.1219 (downtrend from May 2014). Just a few days left for the FED to drop the bomb, long term this pair is way to oversold, but alas I see a bounce from around 1.01-1.4 range and test 1.1700 range before heading 0.9980 range next first months of 2016. HAPPY PIPING FOLKS!

As i predicted, CNB intervened yesterday with 326,2M € @ 7,697742.If Croatian government approve leaving mortgages in foreign currency and banks transfer current CHF/EUR mortgages into HRK then EURHRK will go over 8.0 in no time
