jeez I hope this market spike creates hysteria and retraces, I made the mistake of breaking my risk management method and did not see the new for this currency on forex factory. and I might have to pay the price for it if it doesn't turn around. ouch

I know I can offset my exposure by buying/selling the currency on another pair hooked to the same base/quoted currency to equal my volume on the orginal trade, although the best alternative, this is not exactly the same as other pairs move more or less. but yes the exact equation for doing so would be helpful

I am now, my username is dalton0831, I just got out of the position. getting in the way I did I wasn't following all my rules and didn't know about the news. plus from earlier this week I learned I needed to add a piece to my confirmation. although I lost a large portion of my account. it wont be hard to make back and grow after a few weeks of strictly following my method and rules. Thanks for telling me about FxStreet that was very helpful. watch out, I'm coming for you swedish krona lol

this surge in CPIF will have a significant implications for the monetary policy of swedish central bank. Now we are at -1100 pips...or -1,06...despite a downturn in world stock indexes which will recover I believe in the next day or two..

2.5% inflation based on the riksbank preffered measure of inflation -CPIF!.https://www.investing.com/economic-calendar/swedish-cpif-1214. If last month data was milder, now it is strong. the oil is going up  and we will see a worldwide inflation rise after the 8-9 years of expansive monetary policies and economic growth!. -0,76% , sorry, -0,87%

I am in this pair selling at 10.45. My sentiment is that the euro will weaken this week and depending on if the swedish krona is weak or not pull this pair down to 10.35. at least 10.40 if it heads in my direction. goodluck to all in the swedish pairs

true, plus the euro did not weaken yesterday. but the daily doji candle+ the max 61.8 retracment of the weekly candle leads me to believe that I should hold my trade a little longer to avoid unnecessary losses and potential gains. although I should have probably chose another euro pair. or at least have waited to enter, this one still shows slightly good signs of going in my direction even with the fundamentals. although still watching to see what happens, the swedish krona pairs I trade are by far the most risky pairs with how much consolidating they do. fingers crossed that I can at least get out around break even if things start to turn sour once fundamentals report

Swedish public broadcaster SVT has now presented its exit polls, which similarly to TV4's survey (scroll down for that) shows an almost even split between the two blocs. SVT puts the red-green bloc at 39.4 percent and the right-wing Alliance at 39.6 percent, and the nationalist Sweden Democrats at 19.2 percent.

Swedish broadcaster TV4 has just presented its first exit polls. It gives the left-wing red-green bloc 41 percent, the right-wing Alliance 40.1 percent and the anti-immigration Sweden Democrats 16.3 percent. That's more than the Sweden Democrats got in the last election (when it got 12.9 percent of the vote), but less than polls have predicted, and presumably a lot less than the party had expected.

All the major parties, including the Social Democrats, the Sweden Democrats, and the Moderates -- projected in a recent poll to win 25%, 17.2% and 17% of the vote, respectively -- have included measures to cut waiting times as part of their campaign initiatives. https://edition.cnn.com/2018/09/07/europe/sweden-election-issues-intl/index.html

two days ago, an article showed up how russian is preparing military excersizes and an attack on baltic countries. I assume when such a news came out that that is a top for the EURSEK and EURNOK..https://www.nytimes.com/2018/08/28/world/europe/russia-military-drills.html
