The best thing about Bitcoin is that is trades 24/7. So in a bear market you have to worry about it sliding thousands of $$$ while you sleep.

I'd sooner send the btc to a known irretrievable address, than sell btc for you to cover.  Think about that.  It's within our power to ensure you shorts are on the hook, to cover something that you will NEVER get.

why you think that this is caused by shorts? is just people sellling the coin while they can still get a lot of money for it.

dan mat FIAT money is the biggest ponzy scheme ever, we just saw that last year, we're still seeing it, u know anything about inflation ? debt ? Most FIAT money is officially bankrupted, in this day and age no FIAT money has any backing other than the country's reputation, and those countries are mostly in over 100% debt, which effectively is bankrupt... this started long ago, and was made obvious in the 2008 crisis. Now we're just living in a fairytale. There needs to be a change in the world order as we know it, and who knows... maybe bitcoin will survive the cut, as even if its value is 0, is more valueable than any FIAT money with over 100% debt put behind it...

FIAT money are the reason of exponential growth in all lucrative businesses. it would have been impossible with a limited supply of gold based cash to develop anything so fast, and the number of really poor people would be a lot larger. there would have never been enough money for all, meaning no money at all for most. So maybe fiat is not perfect but is the necessary evil evolution of gold standard.

beside, fiat money does not have anything related to a ponzi scheme. you dont buy it to sell it and live doing nothing but buying and selling fiat. you go to work, you earn, you spend. you know the car you want costs 30k and you buy it with 30k. today or next month or at the end of the year. it will cost the same, or almost the same... cryptos however are all nothing but ponzi, based of new commers to bring more cash, so the holders can get the fiat and live a happy life. but soon there will be no more new commers. so like a combustion without gas it wont go by itself...

dan mat That sounds a lot like the FIAT system, and the more money we bring to the systen, the more the prices go up. So only the top holders can live the happy life, for the rest of us, we can't even save money. Again think about inflation and debt... It says it all. You can work as much as you want, but we're just the new commers of the FIAT ponzi scheme. It got worst in the last 30 years, the middle classes mostly dissapeared all over the world, Now there's only the rich and the rest... Now wealth is based on debts, and interest rates have been near 0% for years, just so everybody can get more and more debts... And if we didn't understand that in 2008 we will never understand it. Now we just have to wait for the collapse of the ponzi scheme. When countries start refusing paying their debts, then the system will strat crumbling, then people will stop paying debts, and then we'll realize that FIAT money is all a SCAM. Won't be long...

Kids, listen might see a small rebound a test. But long term strats is clear. Unless FED backs of and says no rate hikes and we going to continue to buy assets at record paste then sell the rip and wait for confirmation that FED will be dovish again, it's cristal clear.
