Actually not that ultra bullish. If you look at the trend since we've started rallying upwards in April, we'll end up at 4:35-4.40 by July before we get good (or bad) crop news and things shift again. . . Funds are staying bullish and continuing to put positions on as well. Managed money is near record longs for the last 3 weeks at the same time that 2017 was at record shorts. . . I'd say Phil is a lot closer to being right than wrong with as much as is up in the air right now

Yes.  More specifically its quoted in cents per bushel, with a contract size of 5,000 bushels.   Thus a Corn price of 396.5 is really $3.965 per bushel.  Each tick is a 1/4 cent (or $12.50 impact per contract) or a one cent move =  $50.00 before commissions and fees.  Good luck !
