Silver will eventually be much higher but the dumping of a lot of silver for delivery on contracts has taken the steam out of the rally. Most people don't realize that JP Morgan has amassed 750 million ounces of physical silver and they will sell for delivery every time the price goes into triple digits. This will keep a lid on the market in spite of recent shortages. JP Morgan will happily take your money. The folks that bought between 110 and 118 will either take huge losses on their silver contracts or they will own a lot of physical worth about half what thry will pay for it. The bankers outsmarted the silver bugs. At least for now.
