Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Financial Services, Industrial Investment and Telecoms & IT sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share declined 0.76%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Jabal Omar Development Company (TADAWUL:4250), which rose 5.45% or 1.04 points to trade at 20.12 at the close. Meanwhile, Saudi Pharmaceutical Appliances (TADAWUL:2070) added 5.31% or 1.20 points to end at 23.78 and Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. (TADAWUL:2300) was up 3.33% or 0.90 points to 27.90 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Arab National Bank (TADAWUL:1080), which fell 5.86% or 1.55 points to trade at 24.90 at the close. Dar Alarkan Real Estate Development (TADAWUL:4300) declined 4.30% or 0.62 points to end at 13.80 and Mobile Telecommunications Company (TADAWUL:7030) was down 3.91% or 0.44 points to 10.80.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 168 to 77 and 25 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for April delivery was down 2.52% or 1.93 to $74.75 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May fell 2.19% or 1.81 to hit $80.97 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 2.42% or 45.25 to trade at $1,912.45 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.74% to 4.03, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.01% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.81% at 103.31.
