Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Real Estate, Technology and Biomed sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 added 0.42%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Energix (TASE:ENRG), which rose 4.78% or 59.00 points to trade at 1,294.00 at the close. Meanwhile, OPKO Health Inc (TASE:OPK) added 4.51% or 25.80 points to end at 598.00 and Alony Hetz Properties and Investments Ltd (TASE:ALHE) was up 4.46% or 195.00 points to 4,565.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Newmed Energy LP (TASE:NWMDp), which fell 5.31% or 45.40 points to trade at 810.00 at the close. ICL Israel Chemicals Ltd (TASE:ICL) declined 3.91% or 115.00 points to end at 2,825.00 and Israel Corp (TASE:ILCO) was down 3.52% or 4,900.00 points to 134,200.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 284 to 197 and 35 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for December delivery was up 0.31% or 0.27 to $86.14 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 0.18% or 0.17 to hit $93.31 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.19% or 3.45 to trade at $1,773.45 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was down 0.66% to 3.40, while EUR/ILS fell 0.20% to 3.53.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.24% at 106.27.
