Investing.com – Colombia stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Investment, Industrials and Services sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Colombia, the COLCAP fell 0.95% to hit a new 3-months low.
The best performers of the session on the COLCAP were Pacific Rubiales Energy Corp (CN:PRU), which rose 3.36% or 270.0 points to trade at 8300.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Almacenes Exito SA (CN:IMI) added 1.79% or 340.0 points to end at 19300.0 and Bcolombia (CN:BIC) was up 1.29% or 340.0 points to 26600.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Avianca Holdings Pf (CN:AVT_p), which fell 3.67% or 110.0 points to trade at 2890.0 at the close. Ecopetrol SA (CN:ECO) declined 2.85% or 45.0 points to end at 1535.0 and Grupo Nutresa SA (CN:NCH) was down 2.39% or 520.0 points to 21200.0.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Colombia Stock Exchange by 24 to 5.

US coffee C for September delivery was up 1.02% or 1.27 to $125.70 . Elsewhere in commodities trading, US cocoa for delivery in September fell 1.29% or 41.00 to hit $3127.00 , while the December Gold contract fell 0.65% or 7.10 to trade at $1083.60 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was up 0.96% to 2952.00, while BRL/COP rose 0.47% to 846.52.
The US Dollar Index was down 0.04% at 98.00.
