Wall Street rises as materials and crypto stocks offset continued bond sell-off
Investing.com -- Adyen NV (AS:ADYEN) shares gained 2.9% on Monday after the financial technology platform announced a partnership with Xiaomi to process payments for the consumer electronics company across 18 markets.
The Dutch payments company will handle transactions for Xiaomi’s consumer electronics business unit in markets including Singapore, Japan, United Arab Emirates, Australia, Mexico, and the European Union. Xiaomi currently operates in more than 100 markets and regions through its ecommerce website and physical retail stores.
Xiaomi has adopted Adyen’s Unified Commerce solution, which allows the electronics manufacturer to manage online and in-store payments through a single integration. The platform aims to streamline operations across Xiaomi’s global footprint while providing technical reliability for payment processing.
