Unreal. Hard to understand how this is necessary after the huge loan approval from the government this past month. Seems like collusion with short sellers.

Well guys, this is already above my buy price :-) Also, if you know anything about Elliott Wave, this is clearly going to be a 5 wave, wave 1.  After that peaks somewhere above $6, we should get a wave 2 retrace.  After that it is all UP.  Again, Good Luck All.

Atlantic Coast Money ACM, I have Jan 2026 Calls.  As to when I exercise those will depend on the pattern. As to the regular share investment, I will likely have a serious of buy/sell/buy/sells during that same time period.  WAve 1 went from 382 to 593 for 211 pts.  Expect wave 3 to go a minimum of 140% of that.  Likely more.

Appreciate your feedback. I am holding shares but in the past I was all about leap calls on many tickers. What other tickers are you holding? Or watching with the intent of buying?

Here's another excellent article by the CyberGuy: https://www.foxnews.com/tech/teslas-electric-semi-truck-takes-on-a-diesel-big-rig However, unless Elon Musk adds battery heating, this rig is as worthless as the EV cars.

OK, let's talk about an expanded use of Lithium beyond EV batteries.  I mentioned this before, but now we should consider the Electric Grid.  However, before we get started, let's acknowledge that the U.S. as well as the European plans for "the Green Energy Deal" are total crap.  As is the IPCC report.  All of these are a bunch of HOOEY to put it mildly.  Nevertheless, they all have the same effect as government subsidies...they all drive the technology.  And folks, that's actually a good thing.  Of course, the ridiculous amounts of money they are spending on all the carbon nonsense is completely and utterly stupid and wasteful as hell.  But, again as I said, all the 'bull' and the subsidies does, in fact, help to drive the technology. :-)

As a result, the technology continues to improve.  Here is an article that is well worth the read.  It tells you how the current idiocy of photovoltaic panels, windmills (as well as EV's) can only be made possible with the use of energy storage capacity.  This is exactly what I noted earlier.  If this comes to pass...the impact on Lithium batteries would be astronomical.  Since there is no other way to make these 'renewable' energy sources useful, I personally see this as "likely". https://getpocket.com/explore/item/the-story-of-cheaper-batteries-from-smartphones-to-teslas?utm_source=pocket-newtab-en-us

I'd like to expand on the topic of Lithium... As stated earlier, the incredible ignorance of today's college grads with all their "Woke" ideologies is truly beyond imagination.  That's all due to the fact that they never learned to think for themselves.  Classic example is their utter and total surprise that Cars running on Lithium Batteries stopped working when temperatures dropped below freezing.  DAAAH. The same will happen with their belief in the "Green New Deal".  Anyone with a brain can see that governments' planning is completely ridiculous.  It is just as impossible as Lithium Batteries working in subfreezing temperatures.  The sudden drop in the price of Lithium is a direct result of that incredible stupidity.

Note Well, that Albemarle, the largest producer of Lithium in the world recently lowered their forecast for 2030 from 3.7 million tons to 3.3 million tons.  They stated that is due to delays by automakers in introducing electric vehicles to Western markets.  They also indicated the same would be true for certain regions in Europe.  Of course, that reduced forecast STILL means that the demand for 2030 is 3.3 million tons!!!  Further, the drop in price of Lithium of around 75% over the past year is "unsustainable".   Yes folks, Albemarle knows what they are talking about, with one exception...It is NOT simply the delay by auto manufacturers, it is also the delay by consumers who do not want vehicles that don't run in cold weather.

I'd like to make a couple of points: One, while the "Green New Deal" is utterly ridiculous in the rate of planning, I will also tell you that there will always be a demand for renewable energy.  Once these ignorant people figure out the stupidity of their plan, they will THEN begin to realize that the only solution is energy storage.  That demand could well dwarf the demand for Lithium by EV's.  Time will tell. Two, If not already, auto manufacturers will soon realize that they must heat the Lithium batteries not only for basic functionality in cold weather...it is also necessary (and cost effective) to maintain capacity that impacts the range of those vehicles.  That, along with cost efficiency, will once again return demand for EV's.   Regardless, the real issue for Lithium Investors is the fact that the current price of Lithium is "unsustainable". Good Luck All.

While there are certainly challenges with lithium batteries in cold temperatures, advancements in technology and consumer demand may drive solutions. The shift towards renewable energy and the need for energy storage could indeed reshape the market dynamics. It'll be interesting to see how these factors play out in the coming years.

There can be no immediate target when the cause of the drop is pure unadulterated ignorance.  The subfreezing temperatures in the U.S. (must be global warming) shut down EVs.  DAAAH...it's no different than all those ignorant folks who spend most of their lives on cell phones...they don't work either in subfreezing temperatures becaus they use Lithium batteries.   And yet, they are to stupid to know that EVs won't work in subfreezing temps.!!!??? Today's college grads couldn't pass a 6th grade test from the 19th century.  The ignorance is beyond imagination.  And THAT is exactly what we are dealing with.

Eventually, EV manufacturers will figure out that they need to heat the batteries in subfreezing temps.  "...Stupid is as stupid does."  Regardless, Lithium is here to stay.  The drop is temporary.

I love your optimism. I am with you, Rick. Account burning a deep burgundy color, but I am hoping to hold for next 20 years. Hedge funds are certainly trying to scare away retail as well by overselling lithium tickers.

Marcel Demers Let me suggest that it has little or nothing to do with Lithium in Thailand...as the article states "...a regional hub for electric vehicle production."  Besides LAC has 16 million tons AND they are years ahead of that new discovery.
