Further, the company engages in the construction of seawater desalination, power plant and desulfurization wastewater treatment, pure water and ultrapure water, wastewater reuse, and water purification systems; and anaerobic, aerobic, and nitrogen wastewater treatment systems, as well as gas refining and dehydration systems used in food, beverage, beer, liquor, paper, chemistry, regenerative energy, and other industries. Additionally, it generates and supplies electricity and heat through biomass and waste incineration plants; supplies hot water; and manufactures and sells biodiesel, bioethanol, and sugars from biomass. The company was formerly known as HanTec Engineering Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Welcron Hantec Co.,Ltd. in April 2012. Welcron Hantec Co.,Ltd. was founded in 1992 and is headquartered in Hwaseong-si, South Korea.
