(Vista) is a company incorporated in the Republic of Argentina, engaged in the exploration and exploitation of hydrocarbons and the commercialization of crude oil, natural gas and their derivatives. The Company has administrative offices in the Province of Buenos Aires and the City of Neuquen, and field offices located in the exploitation concessions in the Province of Neuquen. Vista operates and participates in multiple exploitation concessions in the Provinces of Neuquen, Rio Negro and Salta. Vista owns and operates oil areas with conventional and non-conventional production.
