Are you dense? This won't come back and there won't be any value finding by a market, the value will simply be set to 0 and stay there. You most likely have to get in touch with your broker to get rid of those share to claim any tax compensation.
And learn your lesson to GTFO if you read about any German or Austrian "star investor" getting on board of a company you are invested in, here it is common practice now that they extract the real estate from the company and lease it back to them at exorbitant rates to increase the book value of said real estate.

Perfectly agreed with the fact the stock market is a big scam . That’s why you should avoid betting on individual stocks . Better indexes and long term investment . Otherwise all are scams
What will be happen for this annoyance
Shares will have their value set to zero, while Tojner and Porsche are able to recapitalize the company for pennies on the dollar afterwards. This is why I don't invest in Germany, Austria or just plain Europe at all.
This is a huge fraud on investors. Confidence in Germany is falling.
No fraud, the law is made that way on purpose. Happened with Leonie AG a year or two ago the same exact way with the majority stakeholder just buying in again after all other shareholders AND bondholders were left with shares/bonds at 0.

my opinion that the potential of Varta is huge, I see also an option that this company will merged or will be bought by other group.Varta is relatively small and can be a great platform for the batteries for EV. I anticipate a long term positive prosperity and increase.
