Hi to everybody Any news about the share in Amsterdam?
Unibail is great stock for a value and long term investor expecting for a high return in the next 10 years and outperforming the market (taken into account the dividends from 2024) 😀
lol
it's over... lost 50% in a month and a half
PARIS, May 20 (Reuters) - Shares in French real estate company Unibail Rodamco Westfield (URW.AS) rose by 2.5% on Friday after a regulatory filing by watchdog AMF showed Xavier Niel, a telecoms billionaire and major shareholder of the business, now holds 27% of voting rights.Niel has no intention to launch a takeover of the company, but envisages to further increase his stake, the filing said.
FYI - Xavier Niel bought URW shares : ~ 100m Eur 6th April and ~ 100m Eur 12th April and is approaching if I am not wrong ~ 25% of the share capital ... once in case he breaches 25% he must state whether interested to make a take over or not... until now when he breached regulatory limits of 15% or 20% of share capital he always said not interested ... let s see what comes next... if you want to control what I am saying about shares bought go on French AMF side and look up Unibail and directors' trades for yourself... I am surprised that no journal or press is talking about these two big trades (as he is approaching 25%) ... anyways also in case that XN does not plan take over, it is a very good sign of confidence that XN keeps buying ...

1st good news : “URW announced today the continued streamlining of its US regional portfolio with the sale of the 34-acre site of the former Promenade Mall, located in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles, to a group of private investors. The sale price of $150 Mn (at 100%, URW share 55%) reflects a 60% premium to the latest appraisal." 2nd good news : Societe Generale analyst rating before : Sales target 55 and Sell rating. This was changed today to 71 and BUY.
unibail 30e again? lets see..
I surely hope not but anything is possible in this environment. My understanding is that the big risk now is the high energy prices and the next recession. The more people spend on gas and electricity, the less they have for discretionary items.
This stock really tests ones patience doesn't it.
+5.17 Eur (for now) today, +10.3 Eur in 3 days ... nice
quite good, I have put my sell-target at 78,00
good luck

where do you guys get information about the stock? exept the offical news by the company. what do you think about the company? why is the big drop?
its because of the games the big boys play, definitely a good point of entrance here if u have the cash, look at the price level, how much did we know back in january and how much do we know about everything now? im adding more
Shon: the French speaking chat is very active. you might want to change for french speaking chat and google translate yourself the chat comments interesting for you...
very cheap for URW best placed premium shop. centers...after covid winter 85€
i also wondered where the move comes from. yes it it cheap. however let s not forget that the meme stock trades let to D1 cancel its short positions in January... so I wonder if 9 June was also partly a technical move. not short selling related (there are almost no short selling positons >0.5% left... i wonder if it was a gamma squeeze of Call options or if it was related to URW staying in the CAC40 index and index funds covering themselves ... or maybe someone has a better explanation... let s hope that price continues climbing anyways...
why this so big increase ?
Ascending triangle breakout
what is a ascending triangle breakout? technical analysis related ? interestinglingy stock (a part from 2020) on its 2009 lows... after 2009 it climbed to 240 ... lets hope that worst behind anyways...
I HOPE THAT ONE DAY IT WILL HAVE THE SAME PERFORMANCE THAN G P T.
Hi bro. I'm still here.

Good prospects. If recovery continues and they sell some of their real eatate we are at 100 in Q4.
The French billionaire Xavier Niel now owns 15,5% of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield !
It’s a very good news and good manager !
Go too 100€
Information got public yesterday that French billionnaire Xavier Niel bought some more (circa MEUR 200 of shares in URW bought a few days ago) through his holding
: found it?
yes i did, thanks a lot for this, i wasnt aware, im not sold on the neil's option plays tho, they were precovid so..
: yes, I think he was also invested pre covid, but he accelerated and used the chance from summer 2020-2021 ... he is the son in law of the CEO of LVMH by the way... and he had big sucess himself in mobile telecoms...
