People still not getting a clue? Came here after 5 months at the top when people told me I'm crazy. Chinese want their companies to move to HK, which is under their control. In the game of world dominion, its just the right move to return all their major tech companies to homeland, under their control. Its the best strategy for them to fight the US. So, I guess, you as an investor, which side are you on, even long term?
in a couple of months it will be trading below $30
Hong Kong is not under china control. As part of British handover of HK to China in 1997, it is “one country, two systems” agreement. So, they belong to one president but the mainland is socialism while HK is capitalism following totally two different governments and different rules. If HK is under China control, it wouldn’t stay as one of the world most favorite destinations for international investors. Thats why many Chinese companies favors to be listed in HK rather than China Mainland due to more freedom.
Even travel visa for China doesnt let you enter Hong Kong, and vice versa.
All Chinese sh... following Xi and his communists friends recommendations.
Xi just wants to creat as much chaos as possible. His main target is obvioulsly the US so Xi and all his communist trash will FOREVER mess with every single Chinese company listed in the NYSE... and he'll go to whatever lenghts to make war justifiable
Agree and I recommend you the book by G. Allison - Destined for War: Can America and China escape Thucydides's trap?
