Overseas Realty (Ceylon) PLC, together with its subsidiaries, engages in property development activities in Sri Lanka. The company operates through three segments: Property Leasing, Property Trading, and Property Services. It is involved in purchasing, hiring, and acquiring real estate properties; and providing infrastructure facilities to the real estate development projects. The company also constructs and develops residential apartments, condominiums, commercial properties, and related infrastructure. In addition, it engages in the leasing of office spaces and shopping malls; and provides property management, development management, energy management, advisory management, and real estate agency services, as well as trades in lighting solutions. Overseas Realty (Ceylon) PLC was incorporated in 1980 and is based in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

OSEA is no 1 construction company in Sri Lanka. They build all high end luxury apartment. Sri Lankan world trade center belongs to them. every year 7 - 9% devident. now trade at 50% discounted price. future very good demand for high rise apparments.
