If you don't know what is the comical jump today, it is OMV and Abu Dhabi planning a $30 billion joint chemical company. Both companies hold various huge stakes in 2 large chemical companies that they want to merge in some way.

All Austrian stocks have this glitch, only on investing. I use yahoo for Austria stocks, since inv. memorizes wrong closing price because of different opening hours.
If you look in the section Financials, subsection Dividends, you will see that June 6th was the ex-dividend day for a total EUR 5.05 per stock. So the value of the stock obviously drops by the (after tax) dividend on that day.
If they sell Borealis in IPO, OMV shareholders don't get any shares, but the company will have the cash in the balance from the IPO?

More sanctions are announced during the day and when US wakes up.
This will go below 40 EUR for sure. The strategy of Rainer Seele (Ex-CEO) was to have a strong partnership with Russia and Gazprom. Now due the war there are many sanctions. This will go south.
They have also invested over a billion euro for the nord stream 2, which is now sanctioned by the US. They'll probably need to write-off the costs. Very sad, sold my shares and will wait until it goes below 40 EUR

No doubt there is an increasing trend in the long term. And at the short term it seems decreasing trend was broken by having 2 higher bottoms. So It should be bullish after this point. Also when you look at balance shhet company increased her own equity capitals year by year.
