One Capital Joint Stock Company invests in, owns, operates, and manages hotels in Vietnam. The company operates 4-star hotels under the StarCity brand and 5-star hotels under the Sunrise brand. It also offers hotel management, restaurant, and related services. In addition, the company provides various cakes, such as cream cake, birthday cake, Christmas cake, wedding cake, and moon cake, as well as breads and baked goods under the Givral brand; and ice creams under the Trang Tien brand. Further, it is involved in real estate business, as well as trades in food products. The company was formerly known as Ocean Hospitality & Service Joint Stock Company. The company was founded in 2006 and is headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam. One Capital Joint Stock Company is a subsidiary of Ocean Group Joint Stock Company.
