Nuveen Nasdaq 100 Dynamic Overwrite Fund (the Fund) is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is to seek total return with less volatility than the Nasdaq 100 Index. The Fund is focused on investing approximately 80% of its assets in an equity portfolio made up of securities comprising the Nasdaq 100 Index or securities, that have economic characteristics that are similar to those securities comprising the Nasdaq 100 Index, that seeks to substantially replicate price movements of the Nasdaq 100 Index and is designed to support the Fund’s option strategy. The Fund invests in various sectors, including software, semiconductors and semiconductor equipment, interactive media and services, technology hardware, storage and peripherals, automobiles, biotechnology, media, communications equipment, information technology (IT) services and beverages. Nuveen Fund Advisors, LLC serves as the Fund's investment manager.
