According to the yearly statement published two weeks ago, the firm has reached 5.2 billion Ft book value. There are 148 million standard E-shares and 2.7 million vote-prference shares with the same 12Ft/share nominal value. Most part of the 5.2 billion Ft company assets (~ 4.4b) is in liquid cash on the company's bank account. This results that BV/Share ~ 34.4Ft (once again, most in cash), however the market price rests around 12Ft (the nominal share value) for a long time now. Shareholder annual meeting will take place next week, on the 19th of April. This company has clearly one of the most undervalued stocks on the Budapest market. The plans are still to spend the collected money to acquisition, but the time horizon and the specifics are still in the blue. Let's hope this year may bring some good results for small investors in this company like myself.

There is 31.5Ft cash for every E-share in Nutex right now, while the share price is only 25Ft. More capital increase will come until 5 Billion Ft cash will be reached in the firm. Afterwards a big acquisition is expected, and a total profile change. It's a promising investment for the longer run I think, more or less within a one year term.
