The come-back story for NOKIA is intact even if there is no substantial price jump in the stock. I am holding on strong and buying at the dips.

HELSINKI (Reuters) - Finnish telecom equipment maker Nokia (NYSE:NOK) sees its comparable operating margin growing to 10-13% in 2023, it said on Thursday. Nokia said in a statement ahead of presentations to investors later in the day that it also expected to grow faster than the market in 2023. "We have a clear and detailed plan for how we will reset the business, accelerate competitiveness and scale up our lead in the markets we choose to play in," Chief Executive Officer Pekka Lundmark said. "This plan will enable us to deliver double-digit comparable operating margins in 2023," he said. The company had earlier cut its 2020 operating margin guidance to 9% from 9.5% and for 2021 forecast a margin of 7-10%. Lundmark took on the top job at Nokia in August after product missteps by the company saw it lag Swedish rival Ericsson (BS:ERICAs) and Chinese group Huawei in the race to win deals to sell 5G network equipment.

It is ironic that Infineon will be replacing NOK in the Stoxx 50 index just when NOK has started to rise and IFX has started to move down! Bad timing for the Index people!!!  :-)

NOK has 2 important attributes to cash on: a) A glorious past (but no guarantee of a great future) b) Concerns of industrial espionage and spying with the 5G roll-out of equipment by Chinese manufacture (Foxconn, Huawei, Hon Hai, ZTE, etc). If they play their cards correctly, this former European and Finnish champion can be turned around.  I personally feel they will make it out of the red.

One cannot help but realize that NOK is moving higher with absolutely no WSB support. Interesting and worth reflecting upon.

Slowly but surely, NOKIA is moving up!

Unfortunately unless the board and the CEO wake up and start promoting the company, I don't see trend reversal. The CEO needs to be more careful with his WORDS as well. When you say "challenging 2021" in Wall Street ears it sounds like SELL SELL SELL SHORT SELL SHORT

The short squeeze on NOK  will be fun to watch.. The company is getting stronger slowly but surely. It has also won the award for being a highly ethical company. All these signs are pointing to a positive evolution. There is also a highly probable Div of under 0.10 cents in the cards for 2021! NOK to the moon!!!!!!!

Finnish Nokia has been commissioned by telecom operator CNT to roll out 5G in Ecuador

IMPORTANT POSITIVE NEWS!!!  S&P Global Ratings on Thursday revised the outlook of Nokia (NOKIA.HE) to stable from negative with a BB+/A-3 rating, on positive forecast for the telecommunications company for 2021 and 2022.

One thing is for sure, NOK will bag more 5G network coverage contracts globally as countries have more confidence in a European product.

Yesterday's candlestick shows me a really weak pumping try. Maybe I'll buy some if reaches 2 euros.
