The company was formerly known as Kojima Denki K.K. and changed its name to Kojima Co.,Ltd. in January 1993. Kojima Co.,Ltd. was incorporated in 1963 and is headquartered in Utsunomiya, Japan. Kojima Co.,Ltd. is a subsidiary of Bic Camera Inc.
