Innodis Ltd, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the production of poultry and dairy products, poultry farming, animal feed manufacturing, and distribution and marketing of food and grocery products in Mauritius, Mozambique, and Seychelles. The company operates through three segments: Production Agro Business, Distribution and Others, and Production Others. It offers cheese, pasta and pasta sauces, sparkling drinks, coffee, tea and iced tea, potato chips, tinned fish, tinned corned mutton and beef, salt, fruit juice, basmati rice, cooking oil, ice cream and ice lollies, yoghurt, milk powder, milk, infant milk, spreads, fish balls, chicken franks, frozen fruits and vegetables, seafood, meat, chicken products, charcuterie, nappies and wipes, and pads and tampons. The company also operates Chicken Corner, Supercash, Saveurs Plus, Farmshop, and T-Chef retail channels. In addition, it is involved in rice milling; distribution of feeds and day old chicks; and broiler growing and processing, as well as investment and property development activities. Innodis Ltd was incorporated in 1973 and is based in Port Louis, Mauritius.
