Presently companies book value of share is 27.33 rs/ per share which is almost double of its market value. As per the market expert Moh.faiyz of pro capital " lavasa project is bank rupty of rs 4000 core but the assest value of the same is approx 8000 core.( please refer in you tube video of 27 or 29 march) Now the debt recovery process is starat and with in 270 days it will be decide that how liquidator recover money, by operation or by selling assets. In operation option it is difficult to increase share price in short time because all the management is running by liquidator and they recover it in long time. If liquidator will decide to sell the assest in bids then market price of the share will increase drastically. In long time we can double our investment value if we enter in present level because fundamentally company is strong but one project lavasa is suspecious. Note:- above information is my own study of internet and news paper. I am not sure about the other project of the company. So that the above information is just my view not my advice to my investor friends.
