how about a class action lawsuit
It seems they are going through a large reorganization. Eliminating millions of debt etc. The company also recently started that they will come out of chapter 11 by Mid October.

Mr. Phil McCormick, Vice President of Finance has been appointed by the Board of Directors to the role of Chief Financial Officer and principal financial and accounting officer effective January 1, 2020. Don't quote me on this, but ... . It looks like HCR is finally setting up a triangular break out pattern .. we've got a floor of support at 1.77/1.78 [June 06 and July 29] with higher lows after July 29th and a refusal to break above 2.00, with peaks of resistance at 2.08 [July 27 and  Aug 07] ..
