HealthSpace holds my attention with the amount of new contracts they've signed adding the new contract with Sonoma County in California to their aggressively growing list. The 5 year agreement with Sonoma County has a total contract value of $704K - half of which is recurring revenue across the agreement, the project will be using their proprietary HSPay system. $HS.CN is a strong SAAS play and seriously undervalued. Currently at $1.13 with an MC only 40.9 MM
HealthSpace announced today that they have finalized their contract with Orange County Health Care Agency in California and with the Central Utah Health Department. With their news release last week announcing contracts with State of Wisconsin DHS, Vermillion County IL, Mason County IL, and Hastings Prince Edward Ontario, $HS is rapidly growing as they scale their SaaS operations.
HealthSpace has been catching my attention with the amount of new contracts they've signed signaling their strong strategic vision to multiply business development through GovCall and new government verticals. The Wisconsin DHS contract adds another state agency, alongside the Department of Agriculture furthering this strategy.
$HS had US$3.8M in new deals announced in Q1 2021 and $5.6M in deals since the start of the year, total pipeline of deals stands at over US$22M which are expected to close over the next 12-18 months, and they predict US$8M in annual recurring revenue under contract within the next 6-9 months. Great to hear about their rise in revenues and expected further acceleration of sales!
Wow after the HS webinar I am absolutely sold to this company’s future growth. Silas you have the same vision and passion I saw with Larry Ellison 30 years ago. I know HS is in good hands and will grow.
Sanity check - it took a year to go from .03 to .13 stock price. After consolidation - .13 x 8 = 1.04 price. How did we go from 1.04 to 1.64 in just over a month? Am i missing something here?
Consolidated because Pacman is coming? Hmm...
