GRP Limited is a Singapore-based company, which is engaged in investment holding and rental of properties. The principal activities of the Company and its subsidiaries include property development, sales of hose and marine products, and sales of measuring instruments/metrology. The Company's segments include Hose & Marine, Measuring Instruments / Metrology, and Property. The Hose & Marine segment serves the onshore, offshore, marine, pharmaceutical and petrochemical markets. This segment is engaged in engineering works and hose management services, such as the design and manufacture of hose fittings and couplings. The Measuring Instruments / Metrology segment is engaged in the trading and distribution of precision measuring instruments and equipment. The Property segment undertakes property development activities, such as to acquire and hold property- related assets and to trade in properties. Its developments include Singapore Garden, University Town, and Tangshan, among others.
