More about GIC housing finance is that it is paying 50% dividend with huge reserves, check stats on NSE or co. Website and satisfy urself. Please understand only one thing THAT COLOUR OF MONEY IS SAME WHETHER U EARN IT FROM A BLUEST OF BLUE CHIP SHARE OR FROM A MIDCAP. I THINK MIDCAP GIVES U MUCH BETTER RETURNS SO WHY NOT GET EXPOSURE TO IT

GIC housing finance company listed on NSE and BSE in INDIA is a hidden gem with very strong fundamentals(check stats on NSE site) has come down from INR 292/- and again started upward journey. In my opinion this share is bound to touch at least INR 400/- sooner or later. A must buy candidate at all levels. Give it a try will succeed
