this is a sad joke. chinese screwing their own stocks...
All sectors suffer from covid19. The earnings should not be compared to pre covid situation. Rather, investors must look on future projects this company will be doing. Now, Can we push back the price up again?

Next Tuesday Geely will present the earnings. I hope the numbers are good and the stock is finally getting a boost and the respect it deserves.

Probably it is a good time to buy in then, because no is cheaper

Now it‘s time to buy them (good news)...
Like Evergrande EV you recommended, lol
I ask me how you chose EV shares for recommending. Are you tossing a coin in the air? In contrast to Evergrande, Geele has a lot more substance. Geely is the largest private car manufacturer in China and has good holdings and agreements. It's only a matter of time before this stock goes up. There has been no new information about Geely in the last few days. So I wonder why you are recommending this stock right now.
Polestar and Lynk & Co will be in Germany until the end of the year. And in September the Smart, a joint effort by Mercedes and Geely, will be presented. Do you have any other news? I hate it when people announce news but don't say what news.
this drop is ridiculous!!!no specifically bad news but down 30% in a few weeks.
https://cleantechnica.com/2021/01/05/lynk-co-zero-ev-concept-hits-the-track-video/
Tesla, Nio, Xpeng and Co. should take the Geely competition rather seriously.
https://www.topgear.com.ph/news/car-news/lynk-and-co-zero-concept-a4354-20200924
As the new Volvo XC40 Recharge with Polestar electrics shows, Geely probably got a lot right. I look to the future with the Geely share in my portfolio without worries. I'm already looking forward to the time the leading Baidu Apollo technology is integrated at Volvo, Polestar, Geely's own new EVs (e.g. Lynk & Co Zero Concept) and the new Baidu / Geely brand.
Citi: GEELY AUTOJan Passenger Vehicle Sales Beat Peers, TP $57.9
UBS Lifts GEELY AUTO  TP to $34; Rated ***Buy***
Geely has quite some new moves in both EV and conventional market. Buying in.
https://www.electrive.com/2021/02/04/cam-study-finds-tesla-most-innovative-automaker/
Not mentioned in the English report. Geely was able to "catapult himself up" from 15th to 7th - mainly thanks to innovations from Volvo and Polestar.
I just bought more Geely shares. A P / E ratio of 34 and many buy recommendations. Geely sells over 1 million vehicles a year. Geely launched the upscale Lynk & Co brand in 2017 and will compete with Tesla, Nio and Xpeng. Geely owns 10% of Daimer shares. After the demerger of the Daimler Truck division, Geely can sell these shares and buy more from Mercedes-Benz. Maybe Mercedes will soon be Chinese too :). As soon as Geely gets more attention, the stock will go up.
Ram kumar: Calm down again. That was meant as a joke. Although a lot can happen. You probably remember back in 2008 when Porsche wanted to take over the much larger Volkswagen.
right and it ended up being at Volkswagen's kitty
Incidentally, I took this joking anecdote from a German ntv.de report. There they write that if the truck division is spun off, the shares will be split. Thus the new Mercedes-Benz share and thus the market capitalization is much lower.
