  • With an expected earnings growth rate of 106.7% and a P/E of just 21, its a no brainer. Making a lot of money investing isn’t rocket science folks. Just a bit of common sense, arithmetic and s stomach folks! Ha!

      • Another good quarter, and still a lot of countries pending to be added.

        • great quarter indeed and let's see how the market is going to react
          0
        • Have only seen the numbers, need to read 10-Q, transcript and presentation - seems to be good, but need to know how the different companies are doing...
          0
      • I think it is a good company with a good portfolio, at least what I can research, nut something fishy is going on. There is a lot of insider selling, just last week the CEO and the CEO exp Realty were selling. I am currently not in, but I might give a stab a COMP instead (same market, but looks more promising - more institutional inverstors and only insider buying, no selling)

        • I do not see nothing outstanding, the CEO keeps a 29% of the company, there is no problem if he sells a few. About the director of Exp, yes he sold the shares that were given to him that same day.

        • Nothing wrong with selling shares at all. They sold like 1% of their holdings or something super small
          0
      • Dear Lord what happened to this stock
        0
        • new site for eXp, Germany !! The spread around the world continues as well as its revenue and value on shares. New opening in 2021, Japan. Good performance and growth.

          • Still Insider selling througout July and August...
            0
            • Whefe is your evidence of this? If it was truly inside trading then the SEC would be all over it. It may appear that way potentially due to how their Employee Stock share program works. I know a ton of them sold off right after the stock split. A lot of repositioing going on to position long-term growth for tax purposes etc. Id be very interested in hearing about this as i bought my first expi share for just over $6.

            • Adam ScriverAs szch the evidence can be looked up at the SEC filing - insider selling throught July / August.
              0
          • I like what I'm seeing here.
            0
            • Yes, the big big guys played it clever - sold it on the way down and bought ahead of earings. Luckily I never lost money on this and hav some gains - will go in again with tight leash, but keep always an eye on insider buing / selling - they made really good money.

            • cc cc Where do you check the shares bought by the insiders ?

            • 0
          • This seems to have good momentum. Will pick up more if it moves over 40 again, otherwise if it drops to 37 I will be washed out with some gains...well have other positions buidling up (there are 5000 more stocks...)
            0
            • I'm being cautious with this stock, for me, it's red flag the amount on insight selling as well as the bad analyst reviews
              0
          • Buying more with tight leash as usual...at least from now on no losses can be incurred, only gains
