$DSGT.. After Bob Silzer, a penny scamming CEO, got all the money he could from issuing shares he disappeared like a rat jumping off a sinking ship. He abandoned all CEO duties such as maintaining shareholders value and filing required SEC financial reports due on November 15th last year. Then the stock got suspended by the SEC and will be delisted after too much time passes without filing. He doesn't care because he made a great living off the expense of 1000s of gullible shareholders.

It will keep losing because a 2.4M convertible note defaulted in june per the 10Q and there's no way to pay for it but dilute shares. The CEO authorized 1 BILLION SHARES now which you know he will dump. CEO needs 2.4 MILLION just for this note. Plus the usual debts.
