Tax demanded by Authority for the past few years....Means what they were doing when company wrongly files taxes many years?... What their CAs were doing many years? No one knew the rul and now demanding from company more than their M.Cap. This is why our country is not user friendly for businessmen....No one in GAT department to guide what to be done...
