Today $CMTL had a typical market overreaction to earnings report and dividend change. '17YG is still in line. Consensus TP of $16.79 from 6 analyst, 4 buy, 2 hold. DIVIDENDS DON'T MATTER. The stock price loses the exact value of the payout so it's a wash. Major overreaction on the dividend change. This company is clearly endeared with only 3.95% short interest.
