I would recommend checking checking KCAC merger with Quantumscape under KCAC, It is the first US EV battery manufacturer listed in public and its going to merge next week. They are backed up by Bill Gates and Volkswagen. Totally worth to see it before this information gets everywhere.
It's still vaporware. Most likely will take another 2 years of development and by then it'll be too late. Good for short term pump and dump.
$SBE Chargepoint will crush this because its merging soon and going public. BUY CALL before the merge if you wanna get rich. It already has charging points all iver the US and Europe and has 82% od US EV chargers

In an SEC filing late Tuesday, you see, CBAK revealed that, in an effort to lighten its $33.5 million debt load, it has entered into an agreement with a creditor (to which it owes $11.2 million) to trade shares for debt. At first glance, that sounds like a good deal. CBAK shares have run up 1,885% in price over the past year. Trading inflated-price shares for a big debt reduction sounds like a smart business move, but here's the thing: CBAK is not trading shares worth nearly $10 apiece for debt reduction, as one might have expected based on yesterday's $9.73-a-share closing price. Instead, CBAK is handing over its shares at an exchange price of $3.50 per share.
so what this means is that the new company will just sell their shares immediately?
new company? cbat had stepped into a debt facility agreement with a creditor. the debt agreement got cancelled in exchange for shares. the creditor will be able to dump their discounted shares of $3,5 per share at the current marketprice! in short: they would have made more than a 100% profit at today's shareprice.
 Or that creditor knows that they can easily get 1000% profit on their shares and they keep them close to their chest.
