The company was incorporated in 2002 and is headquartered in Las Rozas, Spain. As of June 11, 2020, BME Holding (Bolsas y Mercados Españoles Sociedad Holding de Mercados y Sistemas Financieros), S.A. operates as a subsidiary of SIX Group AG.
