Kemerovo JSC Azot produces and sells various chemical products in Russia. It offers caprolactam for use in chemical fibers and polyamide resin threads; ammonium sulphate for use as a fertilizer for industrial applications, and for retail trading; ammonium nitrate for use in industrial production and agricultural applications; and urea for use as mineral nitrogen fertilizer and as a raw material for resins and glues, as well as a feed additive in animal industry. The company also provides liquid anhydrous ammonia for use in applications, such as packing and transportation, as well as reprocessing to agricultural fertilizers; technical aqua ammonia used during hydrolysis process, and in pulp and paper industry, as well as for agricultural purposes as nitrogen fertilizer; technical dimethylformamide for use as a dissolvent and a reagent in organic synthesis; and liquid carbon dioxide for use in food industry. In addition, it offers ammonium carbonates for use in organic synthesis and chemical production, as well as in the flotation process, dyeing process, and chrome leather dressing; ammonium carbonates for use in food industry; technical sulphuric acid for use in the production of fertilizers, artificial fiber, caprolactam, titanium dioxide, ethyl alcohol, aniline dyes, etc.; and nitric acid used as a reagent. Further, the company provides technical formalin, an aqueous-methanol solution of formaldehyde; sodium carbonate aqueous solution; and alkaline waste of caprolactam process used in construction materials and road construction, as well as in coal industry. Additionally, its polyethylene products include polyethylene films, thermosetting films, films with multicolor print, bottles, bags, covers, and drums. The company was founded in 1956 and is based in Kemerovo, the Russian Federation.
