Apollo Hospitals Group has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Wellysis, a spinoff company of Samsung SDS South Korea, to develop, manufacture and commercialise cardiac wellness, diagnostic, monitoring and therapeutic devices. The joint venture will be set up in Chitoor, Andhra Pradesh.
