Everything is screwed with this company
Aí ai ai....
What’s going on with company ? Free fall ....
They almost done with BK and the stalking horse purchase agreement does not favor shareholders. Not even a little bit.
Is this fall normal?
For a company almost done with bk? Yes, this is normal and it wont stop untill theres nothing left. Shareholders are going to get screwed
Anyone ? Is this the bottom ?
Bought 40K shares today at 0.095 ..... hope to see some momentum on this
Thats the same amount i own. Im hoping for lots of objections to the purchase agreement. Let it rain objections for the next 2 days!!!
What’s the agreement details ?
giant head and shoulder on daily chart. if it breaks the neck around . 5030 it won't stop until 2.34.july 30 is next earning date. so hopefully it will be good
Hadrabr Kwark... I am inn, have 1700 shares, bought at .25 cents... I was guessing to sell at 33 cents but I will hold, will take the risk. hope things turn good. thanks for your comments. good luck for all you guys.
As I look at financial data, I still have a feeling as if someone is really trying to denigrate this company- still don't understand the sharp change in valuation of assets. For the last quarter, if I am counting well, almost $ 2 per share has been written off (how can something like this really happen at all?) And the assumption of negative earnings - I bet they will be strongly positive on July 30th. (From the sales report for the last quarter, it was indicated that certain steps had been taken to increase profits. However, anything positive will not be included in the estimates, just only the bad stuff)
It is said that the night is darkest before dawn. I can't imagine a much darker moment than those 8 cents a share. So now perhaps the long-awaited dawn is coming ... I also doubt the stock price would go up that way if the company would really go out of business. I think that the big players are interested and just waiting for the right moment - watching our tragedy from behind the curtain, before the situation- from our point of view and the management of the company seems the most hopeless- at that moment a surprising takeover could be the cheapest ...
If all goes well, I think the turning point that secures it will happen "in five to twelve." - very close to the "planned" end ... In that moment will be the hopelessness of shareholders - us the biggest and management will be in the worst negotiating position, so the new owner will be able to dictate the conditions most easily. I don't want to badly influence anyone (it's treacherous waters now) but I think the best strategy now is to cut ourself from rescuing few cents  and not be intimidated and hold till it will be worth something as it already should be...
guys do you know how to trade pink stocks
What is that :-D
you mean pink sheet, its the OTC market, it is penny stocks, you just do as regular stock but cant have a margin and cant trade on pre and after market, you can use TDAmeritrade or E Trade, they are the 2 brokers which allow you to buy and sell on pink sheet, i hope it helps

I'm going down with this ship for myself (8700 shares). The manipulation is done well, so it may end like this, however, giving up to bigger players forever and selling shares under price under senseless, artificially constructed circumstances is also a deadly strategy - it just takes longer and you get more annoyed ...
The whole situation seems extremely manipulated and meaningless to me. From what I see objectively, I think Akorn has a price. Respectively, when you write off 300 million in assets in a quarter of year - by the way, how is this determined ?? So it's no big wonder that the price of the company is going down - but is it true? And hasn't the fact that akorn earned 36 cents a share for the first time in a long time ignored weardly quickly? (Like how could the situation change better ? This is best sign of change we could wish ?) At this rate, they could be at $ 1.5 a year and be back on track in no time. In my opinion, big animals know this well, they are just trying to suffocate us all to give them our shares for free, because the fact that Akorn does not have cash flow and without help from outside it probably won't be able to make it, because started to earn too late and cannot pay debts from profits right now...
Thank you, it is nice to hear it from somebody else. As it would probably say, some brutal, selfish investor: For our sakes, we have hold it... Although it is probably true, that is about an 80% chance that we will lose "everything"... However it is not scary now, is it ? (9 cents apiece is nothing anyway. Having each stock in paper form than selling it, I'd rather wipe the background with it ... It's like we had a box full of snickers. Someone ate all content and left only a few fragments of nuts covered with dust - insignificant. As I see, the only acceptable way is to believe on viability of this company - as was shown at least twice in its history. if we get through this crisis, I think we will be back in dollars very quickly
If the company will not bankrupt - in other words the majority of the share will be repurchased by new owner. Then I really do think, it can go into stars soon. (because Akorn has valuable asets and from now also makes real - very significant profit.) We just need to survive this particular moment without cash and then I think everything will be OK. And obviously by going in stars I don´t mean that 45 % already made. Just if the company will be overtaken by new owner, then I think (i obviously can be absolutelly wrong) it can go up like up 3000 % in few years...
huge risk but also potential, how I see it...
bad company
is there any hope that it might go up again ?
should i hold the stock...?????
You can buy many shares with a few bucks
its all gone now. my bad luck. so sad.
why went down to $0.09 in 2mins before market close? During today was trading between $0.165-$0.195. Someone is manipulating?
