Acesian Partners Limited is a Singapore-based provider of environmental solutions and integrated services to various industries, including the semiconductor, wastewater treatment, chemical, pharmaceutical and biotechnological industries, and electric car industries. The Company's principal activities consist of supply and installation of environment-control exhaust systems and investment holding. Its segments include Manufacturing, distribution and services, Engineering services, and Corporate. The Manufacturing, distribution and services segment is engaged in the manufacture, supply, installation and maintenance of ethylene tetrafluoroethylene (ETFE)-coated ducts, uncoated stainless-steel ducts and galvanized steel ducts, which are integrated with third-party equipment, such as fume-hoods, scrubbers and fans for a complete environment-control system. The Engineering services segment is engaged in the provision of turnkey facility construction management and specialist engineering.
