abrdn Global Infrastructure Income Fund (the Fund) is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is to seek to provide a high level of total return with an emphasis on current income. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in a portfolio of income-producing public and private infrastructure equity investments around the world. It invests at least 80% of the Fund's net assets in United States and non-United States infrastructure-related issuers. The Fund invests across various sectors, such as industrials, utilities, energy, communication services, real estate, materials and information technology. The Fund also invests in issuers located anywhere in the world, including issuers located in emerging markets. The Fund also invests in securities denominated in United States dollars and currencies of foreign countries. Its investment advisor is abrdn Inc. and its investment sub-advisor is abrdn Investments Limited.
