Dont worry yourself about knowing if a news will be bullish or bearish because there is no human being on earth that can give that accurate prediction. Some news comes bullish, others bearish, and others are so volatile forming both bullish and bearish candles at the same time. just wait for the time. and if the news happens and its a stable news, then you can trade it
