Gold Futures Overview

"Gold is a precious metal that has been used throughout history as both a currency and a store of value. In that aspect, gold is considered both a commodity and a currency and is used as insurance against currencies and market fluctuations. Gold price is a function of demand and reserves changes, and is less affected by means such as mining supply. Explore the tab-navigation section below for detailed financial information on Gold, including live price charts, forecasts, technical analysis, news, opinions, reports and user discussions."

As it stands, the first wave of Chinese 25% tariffs will hit $34bn in US goods and take effect on 6 July, with another $16bn still to be scheduled. They included a variety of agricultural products, including soybeans, corn and wheat along with beef, pork and poultry, plus automobiles. A second set of tariffs to begin at a later date span other goods including coal, crude oil, gasoline and medical equipment.

Goldilocks stoleyourgold Aye. Too  much debt here and apartment oversupply and CHinese money is vanishing. . Do you think we could be headed down under the 1250's? Im concerned we will break long term support.

When the trend line breaks down, further downside expected. Cot report says long positions liquidated to lower numbers. Less long interest in Golds.

Instead of remembering olds (and especially when doing that on someone else's opinions gives quite bad aftertaste) would it not be more constructive that you would aim to be the ONE... Neo who controls the matrix with his mind, gives constant money-shot calls with surgical precision and never makes any mistakes?

Auno Passcanen isn't that my point? Anyone who posts with complete conviction who is completely wrong should be called out. Masquerading as someone who is knowledgeable is one thing, constantly posting pushing your view as the only valid one is another. Wait till gold is on the rise again and the constant ramping will start again

Still amazed at the dribble posted here. Certain posters constantly posting with authority when we all know they disappeared for a while. They were posting that gold was only going higher a few months back. Hundreds of posts not to short. They were wrong then but they are back spouting the same old guff.

Starting between Q4 2019 to Q4 2020.... gold will see a significant and uniterupted rise .... the hordes will come.... when they do, supply wil be down and there will be some huge catalysts which will drive demand through the roof,,,, not to mention the huge under allocation in portfolios as things currently stand...the gold market has also recently opened up to an extra 2 billion people.... pay attention to what's happening under the bonnet... don't worry about what u see in the surface..... hope you are accumulating physical and certain miners.... once the bull starts, retrace will be very little and by the time we hit the peak, the fall afterwards will not be enough to bring it back any where bear these levels.... supply and demand... think carefully about this core fundamental ...
