U.S. administers nearly 334.2 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines: CDC

(Reuters) - The United States had administered 334,151,648 doses of COVID-19 vaccines in the country as of Saturday morning and distributed 387,006,120 doses, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) said on Sunday.

A total of 333,565,404 vaccine doses had been administered by July 10, the CDC said.

The Atlanta-based agency said 184,132,768 people had received at least one dose while 159,266,536 people were fully vaccinated as of Sunday.

The CDC tally includes two-dose vaccines from Moderna (NASDAQ:MRNA) Inc MRNA.O and Pfizer (NYSE:PFE) Inc/BioNTech SE PFE.N, BNTX.O as well as Johnson & Johnson (NYSE:JNJ)'s JNJ.N one-shot vaccine as of 6:00 a.m. ET on Sunday.

None of this makes sense. Half the articles today are about booster shots. Why is Biden sending his gestapo door-to-door - which puts people at risk of spreading the virus - to promote experimental vaccines that are already wearing off? It has not even been months since people got their vaccines and they are already wearing off and people need boosters? How are people this sheepish to believe any of this? Seems cultish at this point. I cannot recall anything Fauci or these democrats have been right about since the start of this thing, when Pelosi was telling people to hang out in China town after Trump banned travel from China...the entire media apparatus backing them as they were wrong again and again, flip-flopping every step of the way.
Not sure why we even read this "fake news" now backed by "fake science"?
I am very skeptical of the numbers... I know many people have not taken the shots and they do not plan to do it...
The number stopped going up so they are now telling people to get third doses/booster shots to keep the number going...just look at all the other headlines today. COVID-19 is not about science, it is about politics, statistical manipulation/misrepresentation, and pushing an agenda. The same way they have falsely manipulated case count numbers by the CDC altering the way cases are counted in vaccinated people vs unvaccinated people after Biden took office (i.e. reducing false positives by limiting PCR cycles in vaccinated people, and not including mild/asymptomatic cases in case counts but only for vaccinated people).
Let's also not forget how they are even telling people to maybe just get a cocktail of all the different vaccines lol.
Please also note that most of the other COVID headlines today are about booster shots and third doses because the initial vaccines that people got a few months ago have just been creating resistant variants and selectively promoting spread of these variants and now the original shots are not even effective anymore.
Also note, Thursday in California - who has had the strictest lockdowns and some of the highest vaccination rates - reported that there were 9 cases of COVID among Capitol employees, 4 of the 9 were vaccinated. Just keep shifting the goal post as the narrative falls apart: "Masks and the vaccine is super effective and stops the spread and are super duper safe"...."okay masks do not really stop the spread by a lot, maybe two masks will work...also you can still get and transmit the virus even if you are vaccinated...oh and it only causes a little blood clots and heart inflammation"...etc etc...*next month* "okay maybe wear 7 masks and get a mixture of all the vaccines and you will have a 10% less change of getting a virus less deadly than the common flu...and they only cause a few strokes and a little cancer"
It is comical seeing them push out this North Korea-style propaganda daily, even on the front page of an investing website, but if you look at the number you will see the vaccination count has come to essentially a halt. It has been around 333 million for days lol. People are not falling for the corrupt deceptive propaganda. There is a reason trust in US media has fallen to historic lows, below 30%.
99% of hospitalized covid patients are not vaccinated.
