Meanwhile, nonrevolving credit experienced a drop of 9.8%, indicating a slowdown in the housing market.

Wrapping up the week's economic data releases will be the University of Michigan which plans to publish the Consumer Sentiment index for November on Friday.

On Thursday of this week, Sony (NYSE:SONY) Group and Wynn Resorts (NASDAQ:WYNN) are slated to hold their earnings conference calls. This flurry of corporate activity comes as markets continue to digest recent monetary policy decisions and economic indicators.
