Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Financial Services, Agriculture & Food and Petrochemicals sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share fell 2.59%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Etihad Etisalat Co (SE:7020), which rose 3.52% or 0.72 points to trade at 21.20 at the close. Meanwhile, Allied Cooperative Insurance Group (SE:8150) added 3.34% or 0.42 points to end at 13.00 and Saudi Indian Company Insurance (SE:8110) was up 2.62% or 0.56 points to 21.92 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were National Com Bnk (SE:1180), which fell 7.90% or 4.40 points to trade at 51.30 at the close. The Saudi British Bank (SE:1060) declined 7.41% or 2.00 points to end at 25.00 and Samba Financial Group (SE:1090) was down 6.92% or 1.80 points to 24.20.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 115 to 50 and 14 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for August delivery was down 0.11% or 0.05 to $47.02 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in September fell 0.06% or 0.03 to hit $49.65 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 0.50% or 6.07 to trade at $1225.27 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.17% to 4.2545, while USD/SAR rose 0.02% to 3.7506.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.10% at 96.05.
