Investing.com-- Nvidia (NASDAQ:NVDA) is in talks to invest as much as $3 billion in SB Energy, a SoftBank (TYO:9984) Group-backed developer of a planned data center campus in Ohio for OpenAI, The Information reported on Saturday, citing people familiar with the discussions.
The investment is being discussed as part of separate negotiations involving Nvidia, OpenAI and SB Energy over the chipmaker providing about $100 billion in credit support for the planned Ohio data center campus, the report said.
