On November 10th, Chinese electric vehicle startup Li Auto (NASDAQ:LI) announced the official start of deliveries for their intelligent premium six-seater SUV, the Li L8. The electric SUV is designed to take the place of the automaker's first production model, the Li ONE, inheriting the space and layout of the classic SUV, creating a six-seater luxury and comfortable option for families.
The Li L8 is powered by the company's proprietary flagship extended-range electric and chassis system, and magic carpet air suspension providing excellent driving comfort. The L8 is available in both Max and Pro versions with a price range of $41,400-$55,200.
Currently, the first 116 Li AUTO retail centers have started test drives of the L8 on November 5, and the remaining centers are expected to offer such test drives starting November 15.
Shares of LI are up 11.40% near mid-day trading on Thursday.
